Overview of our services

Stability testing of standing, anchored systems

Stability refers to the load-bearing and positional stability of a mast with regard to its clamping in the ground and the condition of its materials (steel construction standard DIN 18 800).
As part of the stability test, individual wind load calculations are carried out, taking into account the attachments on the basis of which the supporting structures are tested in a fashion that mirrors actual wind. The results can be used to demonstrate the obligation to ensure public safety is met. Further information on the Roch Process can be found here.

Site determination

Within the framework of stability tests, we also carry out location determinations according to your requirements, e.g. with GPS or on a tachymetric basis.
Evaluation / inventory

From the evaluation through to the implementation, we will gladly accompany you while taking stock as well as the monetary and technical evaluation of street lighting systems.
Consultation / training

We will advise you competently and reliably in the creation and implementation of test concepts for vertically anchored systems, such as street lighting poles, traffic light systems, floodlight poles, sign gantries, sign poles, guying poles and flagpoles. Our training programme, which we are also happy to carry out at your premises on request, completes our advisory activities.
Visual inspection

The visual inspection is carried out with the naked eye in accordance with DIN EN 13018, by examining the mast surface that is visible from the terrain surface without using any aids. The classification of findings takes into account any visible mechanical damage, such as dents, cracks or corrosive damage. In the test report, a statement is made regarding visually significant damage which may affect durability, public safety and/or stability.
