2.3. Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may revoke any given consent at any time. A simple message by email to us suffices. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

2.4. Right of objection against data collection in special cases and against direct advertising art. 21 GDPR)

2.9. Objection to advertising e-mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertisements and information material. 3.4. Enquiry by email, phone or fax

This data is processed on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us.
The data you submitted to us in a contact request will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your issue has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular legal retention periods - remain unaffected.

3.5. Newsletter and industry events
3.5.1. General

Subscribe to our newsletter to receive information about our current interesting offers. In that case, please send us an email.
As a customer and interested party, you will receive our newsletter on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (justified interest in sharing current industry information and advertising). It contains important and relevant information about our services, industry events and legal bases.

3.5.2. Newsletter

Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information needed to for the newsletter to be sent. The provision of further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. Following your confirmation, we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis for this is 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR.

3.5.3. Industry events

If, as a customer or interested party, you have received an invitation to one of our free specialist events, have accessed the registration form via a link sent to you and have sent us your registration data via a web form, your details will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the participation and event planning as well as customer retention. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the registration form, such as first and last names and jobs of the participants, company, e-mail, telephone as well as the date and place of the specialist event, takes place on the basis of an existing or a future business relationship (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) as well as the justified interest (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) by means of displaying updated information and advertisement. If you exercise any of your rights under art. 12 to 23 GDPR, e.g. duty to inform, right to information, deletion, use, please contact us directly by e-mail at datenschutz@roch-services.de or in writing to the responsible body indicated under point 2.2.

3.5.4. Revocation

You may cancel your subscription to the newsletter and unsubscribe at any time. You can revoke your consent and your interest by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@roch-services.de or by sending a message to the responsible body indicated in point 2.2.

3.6. SSL encryption

In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

4. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc: (‘Google’ in the following). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site.
